Born from the collaboration of “Il Massaro” and “Bosco Torto” with the aim of creating a healthy and quality product with typical products of our territory.
We added the hand-ground saffron to the Acacia honey, made to absorb by infusion for about a month, after this process the honey with the saffron is ready and the flavor of this combination is special! Try it in an herbal tea, on ricotta and cheeses in general or spread on a toast.
