The taste of the wildflower honey of Norcia blends in a sublime way with the flavor of the hazelnut paste. Honey and hazelnuts, united together, remain distinct without one prevailing over the other.
The product can crystallize with a natural process while maintaining the nutritional principles unaltered. To get it back liquid it is advisable to heat the jar in a bain-marie not exceeding 45º.
