We obtain this product by combining our own production of walnuts with our acacia honey. It can have various uses (in yogurt, to make cakes and biscuits, on toast).
The product can crystallize with a natural process while maintaining the nutritional principles unaltered. To get it back liquid it is advisable to heat the jar in a bain-marie not exceeding 45º.
